Approves the Mayoral reappointment of Gina Guarascio and the appointment of Sandrena Robinson to the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board of Directors for terms effective 1-1-17 and expiring 12-31-20. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 1-4-17.
