Approves a Cooperation Agreement with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) for the Sloans Block 3 Sales Tax Increment Areas within the St. Anthony Urban Redevelopment Area in Council District 1. This ordinance approves a Cooperation Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) for the Sloans Block 3 Sales Tax Increment Areas within the St. Anthony Urban Redevelopment Area ("Area").
