Amends a concession agreement with Paradies-Taste 5280, LLC, doing business as Concept CNBC, by changing the premium value concessions ("PVC") minor merchandise category from newsstand to convenience retail. There is no change to the contract amount or term (201415049-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-13-17.
