Amends a concession agreement with McDonald's USA, LLC (Concourse B), doing business as McDonald's, by changing the premium value concessions minor merchandise category from food court to quick serve. There is no change to the contract amount or term (201311278-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-13-17.
