Executive Summary with Rationale and Impact:

This request is to re-file the ordinance request that was filed with CB 16-1142. The Department submitted an ordinance request with three parts (Levitt Pavilion fees, changes to Golf fees, and changes to the event permitting and event facilities fees). They went to committee on November 15^th and MC on November 22, 2017. After passing MC only the part with the Levitt Pavilion fees were filed on 1^st reading. This request is to re-file the two remaining request for the Department.
