A bill for an ordinance providing for an extension of approximately two months of an existing moratorium enacted by Ordinance 20160498, Series of 2016, prohibiting the use of the Denver Zoning Code’s pre-existing small zone lot parking exemption for certain projects.
Extends an existing moratorium prohibiting the use of the Denver Zoning Code’s pre-existing small zone lot parking exemption for certain projects by adding approximately two months to the original moratorium adopted in August of 2016. This bill was approved for filing on the floor by Councilmember Brooks on 2-23-17.
