Type and Scope of services to be performed: Reconstruct and upgrade five (5) existing traffic signals within the City and County of Denver (City). The signals are located at the following intersections: Kalamath/7th Ave, SB Speer/Market/Auraria, NB Speer/Market/Auraria, Lincoln/8th Ave, and Lincoln/14th Ave. The overall scope of this project will be to remove the existing traffic signal equipment at each location - poles, signal and pedestrian indications, and associated equipment - and replace with new traffic signal equipment in accordance with City standards. This work will install new poles and mastarms, overhead indication heads, pedestrian signal heads, and vehicle detection. It will also replace all existing signage. ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, curb and gutter, and sidewalks will also be upgraded at all locations to meet City standards. Intersection striping will also be refreshed with new pedestrian crosswalks and stop bars in accordance with City standards.
