This rezoning has been proposed by the property owner to allow for the additional uses on the site at 2880 West Holden Place; 1155 North Decatur Street; (approx.) 1201 North Decatur Street; (approx.) 1101 North Decatur Street. On March 15, 2017 the Denver Planning Board unanimously voted to recommend approval of the rezoning to City Council.
