After analyzing our spend analysis and trends of usage on this Master Purchase Order agreement, we are looking to increase

the allowable spend amount on this agreement for the remaining life of the agreement from the current amount of

$470,000.00, to a newly requested amount of $720,000.00 for the replacement of LEDs throughout the City.
