Approves a license agreement to allow the Magellan Pipeline Company to construct and operate pipeline facilities in City-owned land in Stapleton north of 56th Avenue. Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Request is to approve a long-term license from the City to the Magellan Pipeline Company to allow Magellan to construct a pipeline in City-owned land that is not ROW, and for that facility to remain in operation.  The land in the license is along the north side of 56th Avenue, between the Commerce City limits on the west and Havana Street on the east, in Stapleton.  The license will remain in place until such time as the City decides to revoke it, if ever.  Magellan will pay the City $41,050 for these rights.
