This ordinance request is to rescind and reappropriate $2,400,000 in the capital improvement fund from Marion Underpass project to fund critical mobility capital project needs in the Globeville Elyria-Swansea neighborhood, which have been recognized in the two-adopted neighborhood's respective plans. The Marion Underpass CIP appropriation is no longer needed as the cost of the project will be paid for from NWC bond proceeds. An executive summary is attached which provides additional project details.
