Approval to acquire pickup truck with additional service vehicle functionality in place of a smaller budgeted replacement service vehicle. User agency has agreed to pay the difference in cost versus what is budgeted from 2017 operating budget. The purchase will be funded by the Planned Fleet Replacement Fund (5053400-11804) and the Fleet Operating budget (5053400-01010). A capital equipment ordinance to approve this vehicle is required prior to requisitioning any vehicle.
