The CAO requests a contract amendment for Machol & Johnannes, LLC, contract control # 201313156-01. Legal Services; it will allow high-volume collections cases to be administered; will add collections efforts at State of CO W-6 unemployment databank access as City's agent and delegation of signature authority to Treasury's Don Korte to sign any necessary forms to set up W-6 unemployment databank access.
