A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Skyport Development Company, LLC and Lounge 5280, LLC concerning a concession at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with Skyport Development Company, LLC and Lounge 5280, LLC, doing business as Lounge 5280, to reduce the term by eighteen months for a new end date of 11-30-17, and to confirm participation in the Joint Marketing Fund program located on the B Concourse Mezzanine at Denver International Airport. There is no change to the contract amount (AR 8A012 - 02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-26-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 5-24-17.
