Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 This Non-Disturbance, Attornment and Concession Agreement (“Attornment”) with Skyport Development Company, LLC and Skyport Holdings, LLC approves the Support Sublease for the occupancy and use of a space to support operations of the Companion Concession Agreement, Woody Creek Bakery and Café, contract number 201205662 through the Tenant’s Lease expiration and extended afterward through December 31, 2022.  The sublease is governed by the Amended and Restated Mezzanine Lease Agreement with Skyport Development Company, LLC, contract number AC 69004.
