Title: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment between the City and County of Denver and ISS Facility Services, Inc. concerning cleaning services at Denver International Airport. Amends a contract with ISS Facility Services to add $9,309,304.61 for a new contract total in the amount of $106,312,959.61 and to add six months for a new end date of 2-28-18 for cleaning services to the public areas of the airport as well as City office space, and to provide adequate transition and negotiation time for the new janitorial contracts in the main terminal and subsequent concourses at Denver International Airport (201206835-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-21-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 7-19-17.
