Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This contract is to renovate the City Park Golf Course to provide a high quality 18-hole regulation municipal golf course designed and constructed to United States Golf Association (USGA) recommendations/guidelines, modified to City standards, that has a more efficient layout while integrating detention that provides flood protection to the community, improves water quality, and provides enhanced public space and facilities. The work included for this procurement includes the design and construction of the City Park Golf Course, integrated detention, short game/chipping area, driving range, First Tee facilities, putting greens, irrigation, parking lots, retaining walls, accessory/outbuilding structures, as well as potential demolition and reconstruction of the clubhouse.
