A resolution approving a proposed Standard Concession Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Paradies Lagardere @ DEN 2017, LLC concerning concessions on Concourse A at Denver International Airport.
Approves a seven-year contract with Paradies Lagardere @ DEN 2017, LLC, doing business as Brothers BBQ, Snarfs, CNBC, & Breckenridge Brewery, in the amount of $1,125,000 in annual revenue to construct, operate, maintain, and manage three quick-service restaurants, one bar, and one retail convenience space on the A Concourse at Denver International Airport (201733381). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 7-26-17.

Type and Scope of services to be performed: This is a 7 year concession agreement with Paradies Lagardere @ DEN 2017, LLC DBA: Brothers BBQ/Snarfs/CNBC/Breckenridge Brewery. The Multi Unit concessions package includes the following spaces; (3) Three National or Regional Branded Quick Service Restaurants with Bar Non Exhaust, totaling 3,903 square feet. (1) One National or Regional Branded Travel Convenience Retail Space, totaling 989 square feet and (1) One National or Regional Branded Bar with Small Plate Food, subject to development option of the City, totaling 989 square feet. The (5) five concession spaces total approximately 5,881 square feet.
