Type and Scope of services to be performed: This resolution request is for a CM/GC Construction Services agreement with FCI Constructors for the Denver 911 Communication Center Relocation Project.  The project consists of constructing a new Denver 911 Communication Center at 12025 E 45th Avenue since the 911 operation has outgrown their current facility.  The construction scope includes a complete interior renovation of 43,000 sf of the existing building, a seismic retrofit to meet code for an essential facility, exterior door and window replacement and site improvements to create a functional and secure facility.  All work completed by the contractor will be in accordance with the construction documents completed by OZ Architecture under a separate agreement.
