Sets a public hearing before City Council for 10-02-17 on the I-25 and Broadway Urban Redevelopment Plan in Council District 7. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 8-15-17.

State law requires a public hearing be conducted prior to City Council approving an Urban Renewal Plan with 30 days' notice prior to the hearing. The hearing for the I-25 and Broadway Urban Redevelopment Plan is anticipated to be October 2, 2017. The general objectives of the I-25 and Broadway Urban Redevelopment Plan are to reduce or eliminate blighted conditions as well as to stimulate the growth and development of the Area by redeveloping the area into a variety of uses to create a diverse and vibrant transit-oriented development.
