Approves a ten-year contract with Skyport Development Company, LLC and DIA Tech Services, LLC for the occupancy and installation, operation, and support of video walls, monitors, and related equipment to be used for promoting the amenities on the B Concourse Mezzanine at Denver International Airport (201735988). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-16-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 9-13-17.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The attornment consents to a Sublease for the installation, operation, and support of video walls, monitors, and related equipment to be used to program video walls to attract customers to the B Mezzanine by increasing awareness of and promoting offerings by B Mezzanine Subtenants. Subtenant is required to maintain all equipment in good working order through the entire term.
This attornment with Skyport Development Company, LLC and DIA Tech Services, LLC for the subleased occupancy and installation, operation, and support of equipment to be used for promoting the offerings by the B Concourse - Mezzanine subtenant concession locations through the Tenant’s Lease expiration and extended afterward for a 10.5 year term (October 31, 2027). The sublease is governed by the Amended and Restated Mezzanine Lease Agreement with Skyport Development Company, LLC contract number AC 69004.
