Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Project bid package to include 2 sets of plans for 3 structures to be rehabilitated.  Project Schedule "A" is PWT2015-056 and includes 2 structures located on Goldsmith Gulch, 1 at Monaco (D-11-GG-080), and the other at Eastman (D-11-GG-130).  This includes routine repairs such as concrete spall and delamination repair, asphalt overlay, and railings.  Project Schedule "B" is PWT2015-055 and includes rehabilitation of the Mississippi over Platte River Bridge (D-02-PR-220), curb ramp restoration, substructure repairs, and adjustment of a traffic signal pull box.
