A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Concesionaria Vuela Compania de Aviacion Sapi de CV (d/b/a Volaris) to operate and provide service at Denver International Airport.
Amends an airport use and lease agreement with Volaris in the amount of $916,000 and to extend the term of the contract by two years through 12-31-18 to provide airline passenger flight services at Denver International Airport (201207763-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-30-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 9-27-17.
