A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Softball in Denver, Inc. to provide sports officials or umpires for adult softball programs.
Amends a contract with Softball in Denver Inc. by adding $6,000 for a new total of $646,000 for citywide adult softball officiating. No change to contract duration (201414659). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-13-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-10-17.

Softball in Denver, Inc. provides softball sports officials and referee services for Citywide Sports/Parks & Recreation. There are additional needs with Citywide Sports to close up the 2017 softball programs, so a slight increase in the contract is needed. No change in contract term.
