Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 The project includes upgrades to sidewalks along the north side of Iowa Avenue, the west side of Santa Fe Drive and at the intersection of the two streets. The project will also include removal of existing staircases, installation of ADA-compliant ramps, alterations or new installation of retaining walls, possible ROW acquisition and lighting improvements as necessary. In addition, the project will require environmental analysis, pedestrian/bicycle signal improvements, protective fencing, upgraded light standards along Santa Fe (to match the Florida Street corridor), resetting fences, and the installation of wayfinding signage and 20 bicycle racks.
