A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and reVision, Inc. concerning hardware, software and professional services at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with reVision, Inc. by adding $5 million for a new contract total in the amount of $10 million for professional procurement services on an as-needed basis for staff augmentation and project-related services, and initiatives at Denver International Airport. There is no change to the contract term (201626631-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-18-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-15-17.

Type and Scope of services to be performed: The On-call Strategic Partners contract amendment with reVision, Inc. will allow DEN Business Technologies to continue to aggressively and competitively recruit technology positions for staff augmentation, project-related services, consulting services for initiatives and innovation, in addition to day-to-day operational tasks. DEN Business Technologies uses reVision on an as-needed basis based on overall value and experience that best serves the specific needs of DEN. reVision, Inc. currently participates in providing professional services for Business Technologies in Business Intelligence, Airport Services Quality (ASQ) and Net Promoter Score data, Program and Project Management, Event Management and Cyber Security. We anticipate participation from reVision, Inc. in the Common Use Program, Gate Expansion Projects, Customer Experience initiatives, SalesForce services, Workday, PropWorks, Unified Communications, as well as DEN’s Synchronized Optical Network replacement program
