Amends the 2018 Operating Plan and Budget for the Colfax Business Improvement District to authorize increased mills and the ability to issue debt in Council Districts 9 & 10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-29-17.

This is an amendment to the 2018 Operating Plan and Budget for the Colfax Business Improvement District. The original 2018 Operating Plan and Budget is currently being considered by Council with a second reading on Nov. 20th. At the November 2017 election the Colfax BID approved an election ballot question authorizing increased mills and the ability to issue debt. The passage of the election question now necessitates a budget and operating plan amendment.
