A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Haselden Construction, LLC concerning on-call general construction projects at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with Haselden Construction, LLC by adding $2 million for a new contract total in the amount of $27 million for on-call general construction facility projects and anticipated modernization and improvement plans at Denver International Airport. There is no change to the contract duration (201627955). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-16-18. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 12-13-17.
