A bill for an ordinance repealing Section 15-16 of the Revised Municipal Code as obsolete and repealing and reenacting Section 15-17 of the Revised Municipal Code to update the precinct plan for city council districts.
Amends Sections 15-16 and 15-17 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to remain in compliance with registered voter population limits in Colorado Revised Statutes by updating precinct boundaries citywide. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-16-18.

In order to remain in compliance with Colorado Revised Statute, some precinct boundaries were adjusted and those changes are reflected in the bill and map. This is NOT the citywide reprecincting process and precinct adjustments will not have any effect on Council, State House, State Senate, School Board, or RTD District boundaries.
