Approves a five-month contract with Hamon Infrastructure, Inc. in the amount of $5,070,000 for the construction of a new de-icing and industrial water pond including excavation, trenching, large diameter piping, diversion structure, piping and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical facilities at Denver International Airport (201737313).
