Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 

 Johnson Controls, Inc will continue to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform regular scheduled maintenance, equipment repair, and emergency response services on the chillers, boilers and any associated equipment at Denver International Airport (DEN) for the Central Utility Plant, A Concourse (Pre-conditioned Air), and C Concourse (Pre-conditioned Air). Johnson Controls is required to perform all services including maintenance, repair and overhaul as necessary. Any required maintenance, overhaul or repair will be done according to the manufacturers’ recommendations.

All Chiller services to be performed by personnel with York and/or Trane with factory authorized training for the equipment installed at DEN. All Boiler services to be performed by trained boiler maintenance personnel and in compliance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel (BPV) Code.
