Title: A resolution approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and LexisNexis Claims Solutions Inc., to increase maximum contract amount and extend the term for maintenance and support for the DeskOffice Online Reporting System. The Denver Police Department (DPD) replaced their outdated Offense Reporting System with the LexisNexis application named "DeskOfficer Online Reporting System" back in 2012; this system remains as DPD's main online Citizen Reporting tool.
