Type and Scope of services to be performed:                     

 

 This is an on-call agreement with TigerTree, Inc. to provide tree planting and watering services. It began June 20, 2016 and will terminate on December 31, 2018. This amendment will raise the maximum dollar amount from $450,000 to $700,000. The invasive emerald ash borer (EAB) has the potential to kill as many as 330,000 trees in Denver. Due to this risk, the demand for new trees to be planted as a result of the EAB program is greater than what was originally anticipated in 2016. DPR has planted at least 3,000 trees each year since this contract began in 2016 and the maximum contract amount needs to be increased to accommodate the 2018 planting requests and watering needs. These services will be re-bid to cover the work that is required for 2019 and beyond.
