 This is an amendment to a lease agreement with Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK) for a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant for the construction of a park site. The park site is in the Montbello neighborhood and will serve as the home base for ELK to provide environmental education for youth in the Denver area. This grant funding is a pass-through to ELK from CCD for the construction of a park site at the Montbello Open Space Park. The park will include installation of natural play features, site furnishings, and an irrigation system for the park and trails.
