Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 Dos Amigos Joint Venture, LLC dba Tamales by La Casita earned the Premium Value Concessions Program Benefit. The Concessionaire will renovate the premises to like new condition and DEN design standards based on their latest design for the brand.  The new agreement will be for a period of (7) seven years and will be $603,361.87 Minimum Annual Privilege Fee (MAPF) or Percentage Compensation of 17.25%, whichever is greater.
