Approves a contract with CI/CP, LLC, doing business as Panda Express and Freshens Food Studio, for $876,339.72 annually and for seven years and five years, respectfully, for two concessions locations on the A Concourse at Denver International Airport (201737101). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-4-18. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 5-2-18.

CI / CP, LLC., (formerly known as Concessions International - Panda Express JV, LLC.) has earned the PVC Program Benefit for two spaces, Panda Express and Freshens Food Studio (Formerly known as Hope's Cookies) on A Concourse. After negotiations with CI / CP, LLC., the Concessionaire has agreed to re-concept Hope's Cookies to the new Freshens Food Studio snack concept in the current concession location on A Concourse and provide the new design of a new Panda Express as well on A Concourse.
