Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Local Planning and Support Contract is an annual contract to local public health departments to support core public health services. Since 1997, the Local Planning and Support Contract has been executed between Denver Public Health (Denver Health and Hospital Authority) and CDPHE to off-set the City’s general fund payment to DPH. Beginning in January of 2018, DHHA and the City agreed to split the contract, and agreed that the City would become the fiscal agent. The use of these dollars was approved by City Council with the City’s FY2018 budget.  This contract also includes funding for the Child Fatality Review Team.
