Designation of 2900 South University Boulevard, Wellshire Park Cottage, as an individual structure for preservation, per Chapter 30 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.
A map amendment for a historic use overlay (UO-3), with waivers, for 2900 South University Blvd is also being submitted. CPD has coordinated schedules to allow both the designation application and the map amendment to go through the City Council process concurrently.
