Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Agreement to provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for the Maintenance & Operations Facility Renovation Project (Project). The Project includes the design and construction administration services for the renovation of approximately 60,000 ft2 of an existing facility located at 5125 Race Court and approximately 9-acres of maintenance and storage yards that will also serve as temporary Cattle Tie areas during the annual National Western Stock Show. The scope of design services includes programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, coordination with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration services through project completion. The facility and yard will provide all of the maintenance, operations, and logistics functions needed to support the entire National Western Center campus; including vehicle maintenance bays, trade shops, security and logistics command center, and a human resource center.
