Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Contractor will go into neighborhood regions designated by the City and address damaged, sloping and uneven sidewalks identified as hazardous by City personnel. Repairs may include slab levelling (both concrete and flagstone), concrete sidewalk joint grinding and both concrete and flagstone replacement with concrete. Landscape/Irrigation system protection/replacement and traffic/pedestrian control are ancillary to the contract and will be paid for separately
