A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment to On Call Technology Services Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Grant Thornton, LLP to increase the contract maximum amount to provide specialized technology services.
Adds $650,000 to a contract with Grant Thornton, LLP for a new total of $1 million for internal information technology governance reviews, assessments, audits, project frameworks, and other professional services for the City's Technology Services agency.
