(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Corrects Section 1 of Resolution No. 161, of Series of 2010, granting a revocable permit to Focus Property Group to encroach into the public right-of-way with a 2,500 gallon grease trap, not with a parking garage sign, in the northeast corner of the alley behind 2148 Larimer in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 2-10-11.
