Approves an amendment with Huitt-Zollars to provide necessary additional services for the design of the University/Josephine, 1st to 6th Avenue Street Reconstruction and Storm Sewer Improvements in Council District 10 (CE91238). This ordinance will allow the City to complete the design of CE91238. Please, see the attached proposal for details.
