Amends the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center contract to permit them to act as the fiscal agent for the disbursement of Ryan White CARE Act Part A funding in the amount of $7,540,660 for the period of March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013, received from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services through the Health Resources & Services Administration (ENVHL-201204934-00). (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Amends the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center contract to permit them to act as the fiscal agent for the disbursement of Ryan White CARE Act Part A funding in the amount of $7,540,660 for the period of March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013, received from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services through the Health Resources & Services Administration (ENVHL-201204934-00).The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on - -12.
