Amends the PUD to allow an increase in the number of beds in the existing Community Corrections Facility (from 90 to 105) at 2765 South Federal in Council District 2. (LAND USE TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves Denver Zoning Map amendment, application #2011I-00045, 2765 South Federal Boulevard to allow an increase in the number of offender beds in a Community Corrections Facility (from 90 beds to 105). A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS AFTER PUBLICATION. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 3-20-12.
