(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a $1,413,985 ten-year lease agreement (plus 2.5% of gross sales over $2.2 million) with Pizza Republica for indoor and outdoor restaurant space at the Colorado Convention Center. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-7-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-29-11.
