(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends contract with Tsvouras, Simmons & Holderness to extend the term to Dec. 31, 2013, for design of the Federal Boulevard Reconstruction project from 5th Ave. to Howard Pl. in Council Districts 1,3 and 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on -12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-5-12.
