(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Changes the zoning classification from I-A, UO-2 (light industrial, billboard overlay) to C-MS-12 (urban center context, main street, 12 stories) to allow for development consistent with the 41st and Fox Station Area Plan at 3901 and 3965 Fox in Council District 9. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS AFTER PUBLICATION. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-17-12.
