A bill for an ordinance concerning the sale of certain City owned property, the approval of an annually renewable Lease Purchase Agreement No. 2012C (Denver Properties) between the Denver Properties Leasing Trust 2012C, as lessor, and the City and County of Denver, as lessee, for such properties; authorizing the execution of such documents and other agreements; authorizing officials of the City and County of Denver to take all action necessary to carry out the transactions contemplated hereby; ratifying action previously taken; and other matters relating thereto.
