Approves a 1-year, $1 million on-call construction services contract with Hallmark, Inc. for removal and repair of existing and installation of new bridge expansion joints citywide. Individual project proposal requests will be issued and individual work orders will be awarded. There will be a work order maximum amount of $450,000 (201523757).
